Exchange rules
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the User Agreement, the Privacy Policies, and the AML/KYC Policy. All operations are carried out in accordance with these Rules:
- The User selects the exchange direction, specifies the operation parameters, and clicks the âExchangeâ button.
- When filling out the form, accurate data must be provided. If the data is incorrect or inconsistent, the Service has the right to refuse to process the operation or to return the funds at the Userâs request. Payment system fees are non-refundable.
- The User must review and accept the Serviceâs terms before creating an Order and only then proceed further by clicking the âExchangeâ button.
- After creating an Order, the User can review the entered details on the order page and only then click the âPayâ button or proceed to send funds to the provided payment details when paying in cryptocurrency or using manual exchange directions.
- Important! The Order is fixed at the current Exchange Rate and executed at this rate, provided that payment is received within 3 minutes from the moment of its creation. If the funds are received after this period, the Service has the right to process the operation at the current rate or return the funds minus payment system fees. When paying in cryptocurrency within the stipulated time, the payment time is considered to be the moment the required number of network confirmations is received.
- For each operation, the Service sends the User a notification with the Order details.
- Depending on the exchange direction, the User is either redirected to the interface of the Payment System or receives the Payment Details.
- After receiving information about the incoming funds, the Service executes the Operation. Under normal conditions, processing takes from 2 to 30 minutes during business hours; however, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to technical reasons.
- Upon completion of the Operation, the User receives a notification.
- Orders related to cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, etc.) are considered paid after receiving the required number of network confirmations (usually at least 2).
- Transactions in the Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash networks may remain in the âUnconfirmed transactionâ status for an extended period. The Service cannot influence the processing speed of such transfers. After the funds are received for such payments, the Service credits them at the current rate or returns the funds to the client minus payment system fees.
- In case of high network load or technical failures, the Operation processing time may be extended up to 48 hours for reasons beyond the Serviceâs control.
- Transactions sent with an insufficient network fee may not be processed and are non-refundable. If a cryptocurrency payment is made for an amount less than three times the network fee (blockchain fees) or less than 15 USD (or equivalent), the funds are non-refundable.
- If no crediting occurs within 12 hours, the User must contact support and provide payment confirmation. If no request is made within more than 24 hours, the Service has the right to refuse to execute the Order.
- Certain payment directions may have restrictions and additional conditions established by the Payment Systems. Systematic creation of unpaid orders will be considered malicious activity towards the Service. Access to the Service may be limited or blocked without explanation.
- Any Operation may be suspended by the Service for additional checks, including checks by banks, payment systems, as well as under the AML & KYC Policy Such checks may take up to 10 business days.
- The Service has the right to request additional information from the User, including identification data (KYC) and proof of the source of funds. Refusal to provide such information may result in refusal to process the Operation.
- IMPORTANT! Accounts in payment systems, cryptocurrency wallets, and bank cards must belong only to the client. Payments in favor of third parties are prohibited. The Service bears no obligations to the client regarding payments made in favor of third parties.
- IMPORTANT! The Service does not publish payment details for accepting funds from clients in messengers, forums, etc. Exchanges are performed only via the forms on the website and via the Telegram bot in fully automatic mode. The User must carry out operations exclusively through the Service interface and bears responsibility for any interactions with third parties.
- The Service operates automatically 24/7, however, orders are processed by operators during business hours.
