Bitcoin Tests Key $80,000 Level
Bitcoin is testing one of the market’s most important price levels: $80,000. According to CryptoPotato, CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost estimates Bitcoin’s capital-weighted cost basis at around $79,600, making a sustained move above $80,000 an important signal for further recovery. Another major resistance zone lies between $83,307 and $84,569, where approximately 975,000 BTC were previously acquired. A successful breakout could put the $100,000 level back in focus. However, the rally is also accompanied by increased profit-taking: the on-chain trader profit margin has climbed to 25%, while whales have already realized around $88 million in gains. If selling pressure increases, the $76,996–78,258 area could become an important support zone. For xbit.money users, these levels are worth monitoring when tracking BTC rates and planning an exchange.
