Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs Pull $872M
U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs attracted a combined $872.2 million in net inflows during the September 3 trading session. According to CryptoSlate, Bitcoin ETFs accounted for $730.8 million, their third-largest single-day inflow of 2026, while Ethereum ETFs added another $141.4 million. BlackRock’s IBIT led Bitcoin demand with approximately $454 million, followed by ARKB at $137.7 million and Fidelity’s FBTC at $74.4 million. Bitcoin moved above $81,000, while Ethereum climbed past $2,500. Analysts said the rally was supported by fresh spot demand rather than short covering alone. Bitcoin futures open interest also rose above $57 billion, while more than $260 million in short positions were liquidated during the move. Elevated leverage, however, leaves the market vulnerable to sharper reversals. For xbit.money users, ETF flows and liquidity trends remain important indicators when monitoring BTC and ETH exchange conditions.
